Update on Truck Project

This page features a couple of the latest pictures of our 1970 Chevy C-10 stepside pickup.

We are doing the entire restoration ourselves (no outside help) with the exception of having the seat re-uphoulstered.

We started on this one about three years ago. It's alot of work since this truck was a total rust bucket when I got it. In my opinion, these were the best looking trucks ever built. We look forward to the day when we finally get to take it on the road! In the picture to the left is my daughter "Harlie" making sure that nobody takes off with my new engine.

The engine is a 345 horsepower 350 ZZ-3. It has aluminum heads, a roller cam, a polished ceramic coated intake manifold and ceramic coated Hooker headers.

Here you can see that it's starting to look like a truck. To the right is my 1970 GMC C-20.
